（1）电子商务
该专业依托世界第三大家纺中心、中国最大的家纺市场——中国南通家纺城，与企业共建“淘金跨境电商学院”，入校即可边学习边创业，就业渠道广。
该专业培养具备网络商务应用能力的技术技能型人才，毕业后可胜任客户服务专员、网络推广专员、网络贸易专员等岗位，也可自行创业。
主干课程：网店经营与管理、网络营销、网络贸易平台、网店美工、搜索引擎营销、电子商务网站建设与维护
（2） 酒店管理
该专业以全球最大的酒店管理集团——洲际酒店集团为依托，以南通滨江洲际酒店（超五星）为人才培养基地，实施工学交替的特色化教学模式，为高星级酒店培养具有酒店经营和管理能力的人才。
主干课程：酒店部门及岗位认知、前厅服务与操作技能、客房服务与操作技能、餐饮服务与操作技能、酒水服务与操作技能等。
（3） 药品生物技术
该专业培养从事药品生产、质量管理及医药市场营销等工作的高端技能型专门人才，毕业后可胜任药物制剂生产、药物分析与检验、药品销售等岗位。
主干课程：发酵工艺、生物制药工艺、生化分离技术、药物制剂技术、药物分析技术、生物制药设备、药事管理与法规、药品经营管理。

（1）园艺技术
该专业拥有省级实训基地，是国家中央财政支持重点专业、江苏省特色专业、江苏省重点专业群核心专业。培养从事园艺生产管理、绿化养护和室内租摆等工作的技术技能型人才，毕业后可胜任园艺植物生产管理技术员、销售员等岗位。
主干课程：蔬菜栽培、花卉栽培、果树栽培、设施园艺、插花艺术、园艺植物保护、市场营销、现代农业与观光农业等。

3. Pharmaceutical and Biological Technology

The major has a provincial training base, which is a key major supported by the national central finance, a characteristic major of Jiangsu Province, and a core major of the key professional group of Jiangsu Province.
